Abstract

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes of Business Economics after following the STUDENTS TEAMS ACTIVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) type of learning model in terms of learning outcomes. The study used a quasi-experimental research method with the research subject being student X in one of the Vocational High Schools in Bandar Lampung. The instrument used is a test of student learning outcomes on the material Scarcity of Business Economics.  The results showed that there was an interaction effect between the use of the STUDENTS TEAMS ACTIVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) type of learning model on student learning outcomes. When viewed from learning independence, the learning outcomes of Indonesian Economics in students who have high learning independence are better than the learning outcomes of students who have low independence. Thus the STUDENTS TEAMS ACTIVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) learning model can be implemented in Economics learning for students who have high learning independence.
