This research used a quantitative method. The population was the students in the second semester at eleventh grade of MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, 370 students in 11 classes. The sample for this research was two classes. One class was XI IPS 1 as experimental, there were 36 students, and another class was XI IPS 2 as the control class, there were 36 students. In determining the sample, the researcher used cluster random sampling technique. In collecting the data, the researcher used a writing test. In analysing the data, the researcher used the t-test formula. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that ttest 3,65 and ttable = 2,00 with the significance 5% (0,05) and ttable =2.66 with the significance 1% (0,01). It means that ttest &gt; ttable. So, Ha was accepted. The students who were taught using the Word Detective Strategy got a higher score than those who were taught using the conventional method. The average score of the experimental class was 75,53 and the average score of the control class was 67,97. In this research, the researcher used Classroom Action Research as a design in colleting data sample of the research used only one class of 34 students. In this research the researcher used test and observation in data collecting technique. The test used in multiple choice test consisted of 40 questions, which aim to obtained students’ reading comprehension score the researcher used descriptive qualitative. That can be seen from the average score in reading comprehension of the students the enhanced from Cycle 1 to Cycle 2. It based on the students’ reading comprehension mean score which was in cycle 1 66%. There were only 12 students or 35% who achieve a score above the Minimum Criteria. Then, the result of the reading test in cycle 2 was 76%. There were only 26 students or 77% who achieve a score the the Minimum Criteria. The improvement of the mean score from the reading test’ result in cycle 1 and cycle 2 was 10%.&nbsp; The students’ learning activity was also increased from Cycle 1 was 6,65 with the criteria was less active and Cycle 2 was 7,62 which categorized as Active. So, the improvement of students’ learning activities in cycle 1 and cycle 2 was 0,97 points. This strategy helped the students to find out the information from the reading text and helped the students to improve students reading comprehension. The objective of the research was to know The Influence of Visualization Strategy Towards Students’ Reading Comprehension. In this research, the researcher used experimental method. The population was 175 students in 6 classes. The sample was taken by using cluster random sampling technique. There were two classes for the sample. First, class was experimental class and second class was control class, it consisted of 62 students. In measuring students’ reading comprehension was multiple choice which consisted of 40 items test. Each item has four option a, b, c and d. The score each item was 2.5 in calculating the data analysis, the researcher used t-test formula. Based on the data analysis, the researcher got the result that H_a was accepted. It was obtained that t_test = 3.41, t_table for α=0.05 was 2.00 and for α=0.01 was 2.66 (3.41 &gt; 2.00 &lt; 2.66). So, H_a was accepted. This research used a quantitative method. The population was the students in the second semester at eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung, 722 students in 24 classes. The sample for this research was two classes. One class was AKL 1 as experimental, there were 35 students, and another class was AKL 2 as the control class, there were 35 students. In determining the sample, the researcher used cluster random sampling technique. In collecting the data, the researcher used a writing test. In analysing the data, the researcher used the t-test formula. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that ttest 6.66 and ttable = 1.67 with the significance 5% (0,05) and ttable =2.39 with the significance 1% (0,01). It means that ttest &gt; ttable. So, Ha was accepted. This shows that there is any positive and significant influence of using freewriting technique on the students’ writing ability. The students who were taught using the Freewriting technique got a higher score than those who were taught using the individual writing. In this research, the researcher used the Quasi-experimental method. The population was 224 students from 7 classes. The sample was taken by used Cluster Random Sampling Technique. There were two classes for the sample. The first class was VIII E as an experiment class and the second was VIII Das a control class. The experiment class consisted of 30 students and the control class consisted of 32 students. The main technique in measuring students’ reading comprehension was multiple choices which consisted of 40 items with 4 options a, b, c, and d. The score of each item is 2,5 for the correct answer. In analyzing data, the researcher used ttest formula. Based on the data analysis, Hα was accepted. It was obtained that ttest = 4.76 and ttable 0,05 = 1,67 and 0,01 = 2,39 (4.76 &gt;1,67&lt; 2,39). It was also proved by the average score of the experimental class was higher than in the control class (72.37&gt;60.28). The subject of this research was the tenth Grade of SMKN 8 Bandar Lampung. It consisted of 34 students. This research used Reciprocal Teaching Strategy which was consisted of 2 cycles. In this research, the writer used test and non-test in collecting data. The test used in the research was formative and summative test. Meanwhile in non-test, the writer used observation sheet. In analyzing data, this research used quantitative and qualitative data. The findings of this research showed Reciprocal Teaching Strategy successful to improve students' learning activity and reading ability. It can be seen from the average score of students' learning activity and reading ability. The average score of students' learning activity was increased from the first cycle 6.51 while in the second cycle 7.25, it was from less active to quite active criteria. Then, it was found that the average score in cycle 1 was 64.55 while in cycle 2 was 72.5. It showed that there were some positive progression that supported them in mastering in lesson. The subjects of this research were 33 students of X AKL. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was consisted of 2 cycles. In this research, the writer used test and non-test in collecting data. The test used in the research was vocabulary test cycle 1 and 2. Meanwhile in non-test, the writer used observation sheet. In analyzing data, this research used quantitative and qualitative data. The findings of this research showed Personal Vocabulary Notes (PVN) Technique improved students' learning activity and vocabulary mastery. It can be seen that the average score of each cycle was increased from vocabulary test cycle 1 to cycle 2. The first cycle was 70.60, there were 15 students or 45% who passed the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM). Meanwhile, the second cycle was 79.39, there were 26 students or 78% who passed the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM). The improvement can also be seen from the data result of students’ learning activity from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The average score of first cycle was 6.56 while in the second cycle was 7.51, it was from less active to active criteria. This is categorized as classroom action research (CAR). The subjects of this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2021/2022. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and quantitative data analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of four meetings. Based on the analysis of the research results, students' reading comprehension was improved by using Problem Based Learning techniques based on quantitative data and qualitative data, from the quantitative data the results showed that the average value of each cycle increased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, where the average value of cycle 1 is 62.87 while in cycle 2 is 76.51. In addition, this increase can also be seen from qualitative data, such as the results of student observation sheets from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The average score of cycle 1 is 6.7, while the average score of cycle 2 is 7.2. This shows that students seem more confident and motivated to start reading.
