PERANAN MEDIA GAMBAR DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN SISWA KELAS V DI SD LEGUNDI KECAMATAN KETAPANG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

This This study aims to determine the improvement of PKN learning outcomes, teacher and student activities in the use of picture media in fifth grade students at SD Negeri Legundi, Ketapang District, South Lampung Regency, in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of research conducted is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Legundi as many as 21 students. The results of the study indicate that the media image can improve student learning outcomes of PKN. At the initial condition, the average student learning outcomes were 58.09 with the number of students who had reached the KKM of 9 students (42.57%). After learning by using image media in the first cycle, the average student learning outcomes increased to 66.42 with the number of students who had reached the KKM, namely 10 students (47.61%). Improvements were made from cycle I to cycle II, namely the average student learning outcomes increased to 78.09 with the number of students who had reached the KKM, namely 17 students (80.96%). Based on these results, the study was declared successful because it met the criteria for research success, namely 70% of all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Legundi had reached the KKM, which was 70, then the study was stopped.
