PENGGUNAAN MODEL NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER (NHT) DENGAN MEDIA VISUAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKN SISWA KELAS IV DI SD NEGERI 1 KALIAWI

The purpose of the uni research is based on the problem 1) The ability of some students to understand the material is still not optimal, 2) The activity of students in Civics learning is not evenly distributed, 3) The involvement of students in learning is mostly still lacking, 4) The discussion method that the teacher applies has not been able to improve student learning outcomes and 5) teachers have not maximized the use of visual media in learning. The purpose of this study was to improve Civics learning outcomes using the numbered head together (NHT) model with visual media in class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Kaliawi in the 2022/2023 academic year. The method in this study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 23 class IVA students at SD Negeri 1 Kaliawi. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of observation sheets, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The indicator of learning outcomes in this study is to achieve a mastery percentage of 80% of the total number of students who score above the KKM. The research results obtained were that at the pre-cycle stage it was known that the average value achieved was 66.74 with a completeness level of 43.48%. Then it increased in cycle I by obtaining an average of 71.09 with a completeness level of 60.87%. Whereas in cycle II it increased again and fulfilled the indicators of success by obtaining an average score of 78.26 with a completeness level of 86.96%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that applying the numbered head together (NHT) model with visual media can improve Civics learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 1 Kaliawi in the 2022/2023 academic year.
