This research aims to produce videos that can be used in the learning process for the subject of cultural diversity in the nation of Indonesia, adapted to the advancements in existing technology. The research method used is R&D (research and development) and follows the ADDIE development procedure, consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Product validation was carried out by expert content validators who stated that the developed Video Blog (Vlog) product obtained a percentage result of 95% with the interpretation criteria "Highly Appropriate." Furthermore, the validation by media experts indicated that the developed Video Blog (Vlog) product received a percentage of 95% with the interpretation criteria "Highly Appropriate." The validation by language experts obtained a percentage score of 68% with the interpretation criteria "Appropriate”. Meanwhile, the results of the assessment from educator respondents obtained a percentage score of 83% as "Highly Engaging," and student respondents received a percentage score of 86% as "Highly Engaging." Based on the research results of "Development of Video Blog Learning Media on the topic of cultural in (Lampung) at SD Kartika II-5 Bandar Lampung using the Research and Development (R&D) research method," it can be concluded that the use of video blog (vlog) learning media is highly suitable and effective as a learning medium.
