EFEKTIFITAS LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENGURANGI PERILAKU AGRESIF SISWA DI SEKOLAH SMA NEGERI 5 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021/2022

Abstract

Aggressive behavior can reduce the quality of education because it destroys the nation's generation. One of the cases of juvenile delinquency is aggressive behavior which from year to year is actually increasing according to data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The problem in this study is how to reduce aggressive behavior through self-management technique group counseling services for class X students at SMA Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung.The purpose of this research is to find out whether group counseling services with self-management techniques are effective in reducing the aggressive behavior of class X students at SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung. The type of research that will be conducted is experimental research. The sample in this study amounted to 10 students who have high aggressive behavior.Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Before the test instrument is used, the validity and reliability are tested first. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the group counseling service with self-management techniques has an effect on reducing the aggressive behavior of class X students at SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung in the 2021/2022 academic year.
