PENERAPAN TEKNIK SOLUTION FOCUS BRIEF COUNSELING (SFBC) UNTUK MENGATASI PERILAKU BULLYING DI KELAS X

The purpose of this research is to find out (i) description of bullying behavior which includes: forms of bullying behavior, characteristics of the perpetrator, (ii) factors causing bullying, (iii) impact of bullying behavior, and (iv) Handling efforts that have been made by counseling teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative research types with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis and the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: (i) a description of bullying behavior, including forms of physical bullying: hitting, punching, kicking, slapping, pushing and yelling; forms of verbal bullying: scolding, insulting, taunting and calling bad names. The characteristics of perpetrators: lack of empathy, irritability, and impulsiveness (ii) factors that influence bullying behavior are: (a) lack of attention from parents, (b) support from peers, (c) personality factors of the perpetrator, (iii) impact Bullying behavior in the case of BT is a social relationship with classmates that is not good because BT is shunned as a result of their behavior, (iv) the form of handling bullying behavior carried out by BK teachers is a counseling technique that is more on giving advice.
