EFEKTIVITAS LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN PENDEKATAN REALITA UNTUK MENGATASI KESULITAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL SISWA KELAS XI SMK KAUTSAR KARANG PUCUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services with a reality approach to overcome student communication difficulties. This research uses quantitative methods, meaning that a researcher must work with numbers as the manifestation of observed symptoms, so that statistical analysis is possible. In this study, the sample used as a research sample was 32 of the 654 population, meaning that the researcher used a 20% cluster random sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses the thit formula. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is obtained thit = 4.02 and t daf = 1.67 so that t hit> t daf. This means that there is a positive influence from the application of group counseling services with a reality approach in overcoming interpersonal communication difficulties for class XI students of SMK Kautsar Karang Pucung South Lampung in the 2020/2021 school year.
