UPAYA GURU BK MENINGKATKAN KONSEP DIRI SISWA MELALUI TEKNIK REFRAMING SISWA KELAS VIII SMP DARUL FALAH BATU PUTU BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2020/2021

Abstract

The problem in this research is that it is found that some students look down on themselves, and sometimes withdraw from socializing with their friends at school, Some students tend to underestimate themselves, Some students experience fear in expressing themselves. How are the counseling teachers 'efforts to improve students' self-concept through reframing techniques for eighth grade students of SMP Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung for the 2020/2021 school year. This research method uses the action research method of guidance and counseling (PTBK), namely, activities to provide actions taken within the scope of guidance and counseling activities based on the main concept that research consists of four main components also shows steps, namely planning, action ( acting), observing, and reflecting). The subjects in this study amounted to 15 grade VIII students of SMP Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung for the 2020/2021 academic year. Before participating in the reframing technique, students who experienced low self-concept reached an average of 59.33%, and after participating in the reframing technique service in the first cycle there was an increase in students' self-concept in cycle I, namely 62.66% and in cycle II it reached an average 71.33%.
