The problems that are the subject of discussion in this study are the low learning outcomes obtained by students, the lack of student involvement during learning and only a small number of students who are active in learning. The author uses the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model in this study which is expected to improve the history learning outcomes of students in class XI science at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out collaboratively. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung, totaling 36 students. Action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. To obtain data in this study the authors used student activity observation sheets, tests and documentation. From the results of the study, in the first cycle of student learning completeness achieved as much as 47.2%, and the second cycle as much as 80.6%, where the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II reached 33.4%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in history subjects can be increased through the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model for students in class XI IPA 5 SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2021/2022.
