PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SEJARAH PADA SISWA KELAS XI IPA 1 SEMESTER GENAP SMA TAMANSISWA TELUK BETUNG
Abstract
This research is motivated by the condition of learning history in schools, where student learning outcomes are still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of history through the talking stick type cooperative learning model in class XI IPA 1 SMA Tamansiswa Teluk Betung. This research uses Classroom Action Research conducted in three cycles in collaboration. Techniques used in collecting data include tests, observations and documentation. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I, cycle II and cycle III, namely in the first cycle the percentage of completeness was 54.17% then increased in the second cycle to 70.83% and became even better the increase in the second cycle was equal to 87.50%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the use of the talking stick type of cooperative learning model can improve the history learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA 1 SMA Tamansiswa Teluk Betung.
