The problems found in class X SMK Yamaco Negeri Katon are the low activity of students and student learning outcomes during the learning process in class. In this study, the author uses the Buzz Group learning model assisted by the rotating wheel media which is applied to increase the activity and learning outcomes of history class X students of TKJ SMK Yamaco Negeri Katon on historical subjects at SMK Yamaco Negeri Katon for the academic year 2022/2023. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycle stages which in its application uses the Buzz Group Learning Model in the learning process. The subjects in this study were students of class X TKJ SMK Yamaco Negeri Katon totaling 32 students. The results of this study indicate that the average number of student activities has increased from an average of 67.65% in the first cycle to 78.93 in the second cycle. The percentage value of student learning outcomes has also increased. In the pre-cycle the percentage of completeness is 37.5%, the first cycle is 53.2% and the second cycle is 81.3%. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning activities by applying the Buzz Group Learning Model, assisted by the spinning wheel media, can increase the activity and learning outcomes of history students in class X TKJ SMK Yamaco Negeri Katon in the 2022/2023 school year.
